0087187440 2017-06-15 Production Wells No Violations The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a 4 1/2 inch diameter production tubing and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. The valves are closed at the time of inspection. The well is idle at the time of inspection and the issue with this well has not been resolved.
0136771718 2008-01-09 Production Wells No Violations Re-inspect this day as prior inspection is no longer in computer and I need permit number. Met with Rob and he says 4 wells on this lease that he jointly owned with John Schneider Sr.(desd) John Scheider Jr. wants out so is selling his interest to Rob so Rob will own all four wells. This particular well is showing on my 3-D topo as 99007 but there is no data in the computer, so will re-enter it again and hopefully get a permit number - BLM and I have been very puzzled up to now but met with Rob and he showed me which 4 were included. Not included is well 66156 - with a NOV - that the landowner thought Rob also owned but he (Rob) did not know it was there, so he may take it also. 99007 has no IDs, has rods, tubing, and jack sitting off to side - Rob says it is a Cow Run or other shallow well and he will plug if not economic. MIKE - please get me a permit number.

Well has rods, tubing, has not produced for a long time. 1-13-10 - John Schneider reports paperwork will be done by end of week, should be signed over to Rob in next week or so. Pictures. Plug or produce. Post IDs. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture. 1/20/12 - Operator has lost lease - Roger Eddy of Elk Run Oil will produce wells - should be going by summer.

1214507689 2015-02-18 Administrative Inspection No Violations Received call from Mr. Rob Armstrong at 4:13 pm. Mr. Armstrong stated that he spoke with our bonding office and they stated the well is his responsibility as long as it is on his bond. He also claims that Mr. Roger Eddy of Elk Oil Co. is the actual owner of the well and that it was unlawfully placed on his bond. Mr. Armstrong stated he is starting to work with an attorney in Marietta in an attempt to sort the ownership situation out. I informed Mr. Armstrong that I would be preparing a request for Chiefs Orders for the well at the end of this week.
1375824127 2018-01-30 Production Wells No Violations This well was previously issued a compliance notice for idle well/well shall be plugged and failure to legibly identify well on 10/07/09 by Inspector Cynthia Van Dyke. The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with 4 1/2 inch diameter production casing, production tubing, and rods. There are no lines connected to the wellhead and all valves are closed in. There is a 100 barrel steel tank near the wellhead. In RBDMS there has never been any production turned in on this well. Pictures were taken at the time of inspection. I called the number for Bob Armstrong in RBDMS and received no answer and left a message for him to please call me back.

I informed Mr. Armstrong that he has 7 days from today to bring this well into compliance in lieu of a formal request for chiefs orders. Mr. Armstrong stated that he does not own this well and that it was placed on his bond unjustly. I recommended that he call the ODNR DOGRM Bonding and Surety Section and I provided him with phone numbers and the appropriate people to speak with over bonding/well ownership issues.

No IDs on tank either. BLM trying to straighten out this lease and Rob showed me his wells so I could get the correct ones. Need a permit number, MIKE.
