The tank battery consists of 1 100 barrel tank with a knock out on top of it. It is shared with permit number 6-6108. A piece of white PVC is plumbed into the knockout and runs outside of the dike and is reduced to 1 in black plastic line, and from there runs over the hill. The end of that line is open. I spoke with Mrs. Rinard, who owns the well and told her that she wasnt allowed to do this. She agreed to my terms and will be making provisions to have brine hauled. We spoke via cell phone on 11/19/13 at 8:42 AM. |
