0245059790 2018-11-02 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am conducting an inspection per request of ODNR Southwest Supervisor Eric Conrad and the ODNR Financial Section to assist in identifying wells to match with production numbers. Im accompanied by Rick Kroll of Ludlow Oil and Gas Company LLC. The well is equipped with 4.875 inch casing and 2 inch diameter tubing with the valves open. It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and a gas engine. The production facility consists of (1) 50 barrel polymer tank and drip tank contained within an earthen dike.
