The well is equipped with a flanged wellhead with 1-master valve, a drip tank, and 1-100 bbl steel tank, located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed, but it does not reflect the correct well. This well was initially mis-identified as PN: 169-20090, however Steve Opritza with DOGRM Columbus identified the well as PN: 169-20134. Will contact John Raybur with M&R Investments with this information so the well identification can be corrected. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
