The well is equipped with a master gate valve and a side gate valve with a 4.00 Daniels run plumbed into the main pipeline. There is a flow gate valve with a 3.00 line plumbed into a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure. There are two (2) pickup lines on the storage tank and they are secured with valves and bullhead plugs in place. The storage tank is enclosed within a dike that meets the specifications of 1501-9-9-05. The well has 1.00 lines plumbed from each end of the Daniels run to a domestic meter. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. No violations found. |
