The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-horizontal separator, located within a partial-earthen dike; the dike needs built-up on the back side and east side in order to effectively serve as containment in the case of a spill. Jeff Harmon, with MFC Drilling, was notified of this issue and will have it addressed promptly. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
