0352284581 2015-11-19 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations Performed exempt domestic well pre-transfer inspection on 11/19/2015 at the request of Will Ziegler. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, and 1-underground brine vault located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. Mr. Grindstaff confirmed that the well is hooked-up to their home and is being used domestically. The well can be transferred to the landowner.
