The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, 1-drip, 1-meter box, and 2-meters with 1-drip and 2-regulators, located within an earthen dike; the diked area is shared with the tank battery for the Brinkerhoff #3 well (PN: 169-25429), and is located within cattle fencing. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a threaded wellhead with a swedge into the production casing, an elbow, drip, 2-regulators, and a flowline. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. The well is located ~700 from its RBDMS location. A map showing the location discrepancy, as well as a request for the location to be updated in RBDMS was sent to Gregg Miller and Aaron Lantz (DOGRM Columbus). No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
