The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. The well is located ~225 from its RBDMS location. A comparison of the well location with the original plat indicated that the permit number is correct, only the location is incorrect. A map showing the location discrepancy, as well as a request for the location to be updated in RBDMS was sent to Gregg Miller and Aaron Lantz (DOGRM Columbus). No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
