Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1076000387 2004-02-05 Orphan No Violations Checked well as complaint from landowner to enter well into I&O program. Spoke to landowner Mr. Stahl who said he spoke to an inspector 10 years ago about entering well into program but nothing has been done. There does not seem to be any record of the well in RBDMS or DeLorme Topo Quad. Refer to I&O report dated 2/5/04 for details.
