0211207858 | 2004-05-04 | Orphan | No Violations | Columbus office received call on 4/22/04 concerning oil leaking in ground at 4056 Girten Rd. Dave Brandt of Clearwater Drilling was on site and had excavated to a depth of 12-14 feet and found no well casing but there was oil in ground. Site was backfilled for safety reasons. Complaint received on 4/30/04 for site. Inspection on 5/4/04 with metal detector found no evidence of well casing. Neighbor to west of property said that area had developed sinkhole about 5 years ago and a boring was noted. Site was filled with gravel at that time. |
