The access road was in good condition. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted on site. The site was previously altered/stripped. E&S controls were in place according to the plan. The pits displayed more than sufficient freeboard. Some dust was being created by the drilling but it was not leaving site at the time of the inspection.

The frac was alos completed. The access road was in good condition. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted on site. The pits remained open. The site was previously altered/stripped. E&S controls were in place according to the plan. Some slips were starting to develop on the cut slope.

Some slips were still evident on the cut slope.

The access road was in good condition. A site ID sign and E&S plan were still posted on site. A well tag was present. E&S controls were in place. Some slips were still evident on the cut slope. Property owner is storing construction debris and heavy equipment on the pad.
