2809171 Primary Facility 2018-11-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site Inspection in response to an objection received by the Department on 11/15/2018. The objection indicates that a landowner is concerned about the proximity of the earth disturbance to Trib. 37515 to Youghiogheny River. At the time of inspection, no earth disturbance was being conducted. According to the E&S plan map, included as part of ESCGP, ESX17-003-0010, the Trib is approximately 75’ from the approved Limit of Disturbance. PADEP Water Quality Specialist Steingrabe was accompanied by PADEP Water Pollution Biologist Michael Stephen and PADEP Aquatic Biologist Dr. Will Brogan. The Department photographed the stream condition and verified the locations of two unnamed tributaries. The unnamed tributaries are located near the north side of the proposed well pad. The Department photographed the existing wetland and the watering trough upgradient from the wetland. The Biologist’s indicated that the resources appeared to be properly identified on the ESCGP mapping.
