1880480 Primary Facility 2010-04-27 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted On 04/26/10 due to a valve opening during a hose change on a tank truck removing crude oil from the well a small release of approximately 2 barrels of crude oil was released to the diked area and the area immediately outside of the dike. The onsite personnel contacted Weaverton, who brought in a roll-off container to hold the contaminated media. The crude oil was contained to a ditch and the access road area. Operator phone this incident to Department personnel at 12:45 PM on 04/26/10. WQS Higgins arrived onsite at 14:00 on 04/27/10. Onsite inspection found that all contaminated media had been removed and placed in the roll-off onsite and covered and the site had been regraded with fresh soil and gravel.
