NOTE: There is a path of distressed vegetation leading away from the 1" drip. It appears that the well tender may be blowing the drip out on the ground. I am going to speak with the operator regarding this and suggest that a blow line be plumbed from the drip into the fluid collection tank. Depending on the operators response to this suggestion, I may refer this issue to the DEP Water Quality Specialist for an additional inspection. |
