2452591 Primary Facility 2016-02-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. It was noted that two pieces of equipment related to oil & gas development had been left onsite. At this time the Department is requesting that no later than March 7, 2016, the operator forward documentation that either the landowner has given consent to the equipment being stored onsite or the equipment has been removed.
