1816044 Primary Facility 2009-07-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 03/15/05. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. The area around the well-site had been logged and earth moving activities by the property owners had occurred after the well had been completed. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-pad.
