It did not appear that the perimeter erosion controls had been properly maintained. There was minor erosion related to the access road which required maintenance to insure its continue passability. There was no well tag observed on the well apparatus located onsite. It was noted that the site was in the same condition as it was during the 07/10/13 inspection and the requested docummentation had not been forwarded to the Department from the operator. |

There is also other well development equipment on site (photo #2). Temporary BMP's are installed on the southern side of the well pad (photo #3). Violation issued for failure to achieve permanent stabilization remains outstanding. A follow up inspection will be conducted at a later date. Additional violations issued by DEP OGI remain outstanding. |
