In addition until the site is regraded and the well is equipped for prodcution, the operator should continue to monitor the site and erosion control meausres to insure accelerated erosion & sedimentation is minimized until final restoration activities are completed and the vegetation meets the 70% coverage criteria or a BMP capable of resisting erosion & sedimentation is implemented. |
