Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1755481 Primary Facility 2008-12-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted spudded 12-4-08, 65' of 13" sanded in, running 330' of 9" during inspection
1781325 Primary Facility 2009-03-27 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit onsite and appeared to have more than the required two feet of freeboard. Noted no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in association with the access road or well-site. It is recommended that the operator utilize clean durable rock to stabilize the access road as it was observed to be mostly bare earth. In addition until the site is regraded and the well is equipped for prodcution, the operator should continue to monitor the site and erosion control meausres to insure accelerated erosion & sedimentation is minimized until final restoration activities are completed and the vegetation meets the 70% coverage criteria or a BMP capable of resisting erosion & sedimentation is implemented.
