Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1746325 Primary Facility 2008-10-28 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted drilled, pit e/s ok
1837244 Primary Facility 2009-10-21 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 10/27/08. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Noted that a small tank and compressor were located onsite. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed on the access road or well-site. It was noted that the area adjacent to the former filter fabric fence did not meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria. The Department recommends that in the spring the operator spread seed and mulch over this area to ensure vegetative cover and to minimize the potential for the existing minor erosion to develop into a larger erosion issue on the site.
