Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
1944038 Primary Facility 2011-01-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed. Cable rig was located onsite and the well was flowing back into the drill pit located onsite. Drill pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation issues with relation to the site or access road.
2147266 Primary Facility 2013-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed in relation to the site or access road.
