Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1890626 Primary Facility 2010-06-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling commenced on 06/10/10. Below grade pit onsite and the liner appeared to be intact. Noted that due to the rain on 06/09/10 small erosion areas had begun to form on the access road. Also the culverts did not have adequate erosion control BMP's to minimize the generation and transport of sediment associated with the access road. Noted that the silt fence implemented below the well pad had functioned properly, however there were areas of sediment build up behind the fence. Left this way the silt fencing will no longer function properly. The operator should implement additional BMP's to insure that sediment is not transported off-site to an unamed stream which flows into Keystone Lake. Notified operator of this via phone a call to Harry Mills.
1898551 Primary Facility 2010-07-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed and well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, seeded & mulched, and the vegetation had begun to grow. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the site and access road. Operator should continue to monitor the site to insure 70% uniform vegetative cover is achieved and if neccesary reseed and mulch the site.
2144130 Primary Facility 2013-02-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well site.
