No brine tank was located onsite. Noted that the site had ben effectively regraded, but it did not appear to be seeded and mulched, nor were there any temporary BMP's in place at the base of the site to minimize erosion & sedimentation. At this time the Department is requesting that the operator implement silt fencing or another comparable BMP until the site is seeded & mulched, and the vegetative cover has taken hold and meets the 70% uniform coverage criteria. The Department is also requesting that the operator forward documentation outlining when this work should be completed to WQS Higgins at the above listed address. |
