Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1893575 Primary Facility 2010-06-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted not drilled; within 200' of building
1899646 Primary Facility 2010-07-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well-site not constructed. Site is to be located in what is now a parking lot. The edge of the location is to be no closer than 47 feet from Allegheny River. Minimal erosion controls neccesary due to the fact that the only exccavation for the site is to be for the below grade pit. E&S plan as compiled should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation provided it is implemented and all erosion controls are maintained properly. Noted that the plan indicates the usage of below grade pits onsite for the purposes of drilling. The operator should insure that the bottom of the pits are at least 20 inches above the seasonal high groundwater table during well development.
1908239 Primary Facility 2010-08-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted pre-site construction meeting - 200ft bldg variance/operator agreed to submit drilling plan for approval before commencing drilling.
