Operator was awaiting road fabric to line the pit prior to placing the actual pit liner. Erosion controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. Operator should monitor the access road for stability and the erosion controls to insure their continued functionality.

Site erosion controls intact and no accelerated erosion or sedimentation were observed in relation to the access road or well-site. Drill pit contained drill cuttings and a small amount of fluids.
