Drill pit located onsite and it contained drill cuttings and fluids. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. All site and access road erosion controls had been implemented properly and there was no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation. Noted that the access road would require routine maintenance prior to and after the removal of the drill rig and subsequently when well stimulation equipment is brought onsite.

The well apparatus and brine tank battery located onsite appear to be in sound condition. The Department suggest that the Operator continue to monitor the site to ensure that restoration status of 70% uniform vegetative coverage is met.

Brine tanks and production equipment appear to be in good order. No leaks of production fluids to the environment were detected.

Well-site ahd been appropriately restored and the was no evidence observed of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
