All access road and site erosion controls had been properly implemented as outlined in the E&S plan and there was no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation.. Well stimulation impoundment was still under construction and permiter controls for the area had been properly implemented.
2104102 Primary Facility 2012-10-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site construction had been completed, drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. After a phone conversation with the operator it was determined that the E&S plan for the well stimulation impoundment would be moved from near the impoundment to adjacent to the well pad E&S plan and site ID sign.
2111745 Primary Facility 2012-10-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. Final site grading was underway on the well pad. Freshwater impoundment located onsite and it contained minimal water. The access road, well pad and freshwater impoundment E&S controls appeared to be functioning properly and there was no observed evidence of accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation.
2142883 Primary Facility 2013-02-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been regraded and temporarily stabilized. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed in relation to the site or access road. It was noted that a freshwater impoundment associated with this well was located onsite. The liner appeared to be intact and the impoundment contained miminal fluids.

Well-site had been regraded and stabilized. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed in relation to the site or access road and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
