2836084 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/4/19 at 1427 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of MDS Energy Development, LLC's Russell R Fouse 2M well (API 005-31130) in Gilpin Twp., Armstrong Co. The well pad is restored and permanently stabilized. The well is equipped for production. A site ID sign is present at the entrance to the well pad. A well tag is affixed to the well head. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
