In addition the drill pit subbase was not smooth and contained many rocks and should have a dirt subbased added prior to lining and utilization of the drill pit. Contacted operator representative Ed Barret regarding these issues. Mr. Barret stated that he had already instructed the road to be re-rocked and the base of the drill pit will be brought into accordance with 25 PA Code Chapter 78.56. |
