There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. It was noted that through much of the winter months the gas well site was not accessible via the access road due to weather conditions. The Department recommends that the operator take into consideration the accessibility of the well-site should an emergency occur and have the access road cleared in future winter months to insure accesibility in an emergency situation.
