2082331 | Primary Facility | 2012-07-09 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | John Ley WQS, SWRO was on site to conduct a routine inspection. The access road was in good condition. Site ID was posted and the well permit was on site. The E&S controls looked to be in good shape and functioning properly. However, the vegetation surrounding the water impoundment looked to be almost 100% annual rye grass, mostly dead now. The area closest to the impoundment lacks good (70%) stabilization (pic .007). The Department would like to see more of a perennial mix so that come winter and next spring, the ground/banks are more stabilized similar to the area behind the pad (pic.009)...preventing any erosion. |
