2693938 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-02 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On February 2, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, Mowry Location in Tuscarora Township, Bradford County. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. Nobody was present for Chesapeake.
The site sign, E & S plan and monthly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The last inspection occurred on 1/23/2018. A Notice of Termination was approved for the Mowry location in October of 2015. The pad was snow covered during the inspection, so an accurate assessment of perennial vegetative cover could not be made. The well pad has not been reduced in size, but PCSM has been addressed at the site with the installation of three infiltration areas. Two wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and two GPUs were also on site. One production tank was observed to have significant corrosion on the exterior of the tank. No leaks were detecte |
2744778 | Primary Facility | 2018-06-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Two wells staged for production phase. Two each sand and water separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted. |
