2563268 | Primary Facility | 2017-02-21 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Two Wells in production phase. Two each sand and water separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. Site is stable. No violations noted at this time. |
2651726 | Primary Facility | 2017-10-25 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Inspection to assess PCSM status and functionality in response to a requested extension of time for site restoration. During the inspection, erosion was observed around the base of the ID signs and along the adjacent pipeline. Based on the orientation of the linear eroded feature on the pipeline ROW, it does not appear that the infiltration berm is capturing the flow causing the erosion. It appears this flow originates along the north side of the well pad, flows down a rock lined ditch at the northwest corner of the pad, across the access road, and along the west side of the pad. Due to these findings, the requested extension was returned. Chesapeake should evaluate measures to control the stormwater causing the erosion and include any planned modifications with the revised restoration extension request. |
