| 2671284 | Primary Facility | 2017-12-11 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | On December 11, 2017, the Department conducted a site restoration inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, Blannard Location in Standing Stone Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Chesapeake. A Notice of Termination was received by the Department on 12/4/2017.
Generally the site was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code 102.22(a)(2)(I) Permanent Stabilization. The site was stabilized with a combination of rock and perennial vegetation. No erosion or sedimentation issues were observed. The well pad has not been reduced in size, but PCSM has been addressed at the site. Two wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks were in secondary containment. Two GPUs were also on site.
