The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The site currently has one producing well and seven plugged wells. The site is well vegetated, stabilized and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. All PCSM practices are in place and appear to be functioning properly. A well site restoration report was accepted by the DEP. I recommend this Notice of Termination was approval. No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1150. |
