2397066 Primary Facility 2015-07-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department inspected the Talisman Energy USA, Inc. site, the Wray well pad (ESX10-015-0003), in Wells Township, Bradford Co. on 7/30/2015 @ 1235 hours. An adequate site ID sign was observed at the entrance to the access road. The E&S plan was located in the mailbox onsite. The company E&S log noted the last inspection was conducted on 4/12/2015.
2784426 Primary Facility 2018-10-04 Site Restoration No Violations Noted A restoration inspection was conducted in response to a wellsite restoration report being received by the DEP on July 23, 2018. All post construction Stormwater management BMPs are installed and the site is stabilized per the requirements of chapter 102.22. The wellsite restoration report was accepted. A notice of termination for the erosion and sediment control general permit could be accepted upon submittal, based on current site conditions. There is one well drilled that appears to be capable of production and five additional plugged wells located at this site. No violations were noted during this inspection.
