2667786	Primary Facility	2017-11-29	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On November 29, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC (Repsol) Alderson V 05 009 well pad in Pike Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. A contractor from Control Tech was on site working on the GPU during the inspection. The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was observed to be well vegetated. Two bioretention basins were installed to address PCSM. The well pad has not been reduced in size, but a two year restoration extension has been approved by the Department. One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were on secondary containment. Liquid within secondary containment was low in specific conductivity. Puddles on the pad were also low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the pad surface. 2770500	Primary Facility	2018-08-31	Site Restoration	No Violations Noted	The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol's Alderson (05-009) Well pad in Pike Twp, Bradford County on 8/31/2018 at 1300 hours. The weather was cloudy, 64 degrees and it just recently rained. There is one producing well on this site with one production tank. One small erosional channel was noted (see photo #2) but other than that, no major erosional or sediment issues were observed. No temporary BMPs were observed and the pad appears to be very well vegetated. A post-drilling well site restoration report has been received and accepted by the DEP. The Notice of Termination for this well site is recommended for approval. I departed the site at 1345 hours.
