Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.
The site sign, E & S plan and the weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The slopes of the pad were well vegetated. PCSM has been addressed at the well site. Five wells were in production during the inspection. All of the wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and one frac tank were observed in secondary containment. Puddles on the well pad surface were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad. The well pad has not been reduced, but PCSM has been addressed. A two year restoration extension has been approved by the Department for the Cooley P 05-004 well site. No violations were observed.
