2854563 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | KERRICK UNIT WELL PAD. The site sign, drilling permits, weekly E&S reports, and emergency response plan were onsite for review. The E&S inspection log was reviewed; the last routine inspection was conducted on 03/13/19. PSCMs have been installed and are functioning well. No erosion issues were observed. The site is stable and was well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.
A total of two producing wells are located on this well pad. The wells are tagged with a API/well permit number. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are two GPUs and one steel vertical production fluids tank onsite. The GPUs and Production fluid tank were stationed in secondary containment. No violations noted. The Department recommends: 1. Dewatering secondary containments (Photo #4-6). 2. Secureing the loose sections of the high visibility fence (Photo # 2). |
