The site site, E&S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The slopes of the well pad were well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed. PCSM has not been addressed at the site. Two wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and two GPUs were on the well pad. The production tanks were on secondary containment. Areas of rust were observed at the base of the production tanks. The Department recommends Chesapeake examine the structural integrity of the production tanks. Puddles were all low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed in the pad surface.
