2667808 | Primary Facility | 2017-12-04 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On December 4, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil and Gas USA LLC, Peck Hill Farm 05-178 well site in Windham Township, Bradford County. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. Nobody was present for Repsol.
The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. PCSM has been addressed at the site. One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were observed in secondary containment. Liquid within the containment structures was low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
2792760 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-22 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | NOT approval.
I took electrical conductivity readings of pooled water with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle on the pad surface near the production tanks returned a 0.30 mS/cm reading. 5 cellars (2H-6H) are in a row on the pad. JLP |
