Uhouse D (05-081) well site in Orwell Twp., Bradford County. Nobody was present for Repsol. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department.

The E&S plan, site sign and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The slopes of the well pad were mostly well vegetated, however some area were being used to graze cattle. The pastured areas had less vegetation than the non pastures areas. The Department also observed an area on the cut slope that had been stabilized with rock. It appeared that there had been some stabilization issues there in the past.

There was one producing well observed on site. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. The was one GPU and two production tanks on secondary containment. The GPU containment structure was approximately 3/4 full of stormwater during the inspection. The Department recommends
