Some areas along the well pad perimeter berms appear to have been hydroseeded some time ago, but little evidence of germination was observed and overall vegetative cover was generally <70%. Further, temporary BMPs were not in place around the pad perimeters. These areas should be either mulched or re-seeded to provide temporary stabilization as required by Title 25 Pa.C.S § 102.22(b). |
