| 2635243 | Primary Facility | 2017-08-15 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On August 15, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company LLC, Ross-Roberts (A Pad). The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. Nobody was present for SWN.
The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site. The site was determined to have good vegetative cover. No erosion issues were observed. PCSM has been addressed at the site by the installation of an infiltration basin. Six wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. The production tanks were in secondary containment. The containment was in good condition and liquid with the structure tested low in specific conductivity. Puddles on the pad surface were also low in specific conductivity. No violations were observed during the inspection. |
