2667793 Primary Facility 2017-11-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On November 29, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC (Repsol) Alderson V 05-011 well pad in Pike Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The site sign, E & S plans and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated. The well pad has not been reduced, but PCSM has been addressed at the site.

Four wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. Two production tanks and four GPUs were on secondary containment. A closed top roll-off container was also on secondary containment. The contents of the roll-off container are unknown, but the container was labeled as "residual waste." Puddles on the well pad surface were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the pad.

No violations were observed during this inspection.
