2646868 Primary Facility 2017-10-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On October 4, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company LLC, Asnip-Abode (6-Pad) in Herrick Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. The well pad has not been reduced but two infiltration berms were installed to address PCSM at the site.

One well was observed to be in production at the site. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed. One production tank and one GPU were also observed on site. The tank was observed to be in good condition. No staining or puddles were observed on the well pad surface. A small amount of sand was observed on the pad surface near the GPU. The GPU appeared as though it had been painted recently. The Department recommends removing the sand from the site and properly disposing of the material at a permitted

2727842 Primary Facility 2018-05-09 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted The eSubmission Post Drilling Site Restoration Report was submitted to the DEP on 5/2/2018. Based on inspection report 2645064 the Post Drilling Restoration report was accepted on 5/9/2018.
