Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion or sedimentation issues were observed. The well pad has not been reduced in size, but PCSM has been addressed with the installation of two infiltration berms. One of the berms was installed along the access road while the other was installed west of the well pad. Both infiltration berms were filled with stormwater from recent heavy rainfall.

One well was observed in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were also on site. The production tank was in good condition and labeled during the inspection. No staining was observed on the well pad
