The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. Nobody was present for SWN.
The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was snow covered. PCSM has been addressed at the site with the installation of an infiltration basin. The well pad has not been reduced in size. Seven wells were observed to be in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and seven GPUs were also on site. No staining was observed on the snow covered pad. Conductivity readings were not taken because all puddles were frozen. No violations were observed during the inspection. |
