| 2679386 | Primary Facility | 2018-01-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On January 3, 2018 the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company LLC, GU-U-Pad in Stevens Township, Bradford County. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. Nobody was present for SWN.
The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was snow covered. PCSM has been addressed at the site with the installation of rock infiltration trenches. Three wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and three GPUs were on secondary containment. The containment structures were in good condition during the inspection. No staining was observed on the snow covered pad. All puddles were frozen so conductivity readings were not taken. No violations were observed during the inspection. |
