2627855 Primary Facility 2017-08-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On August 10, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company, GU-Q-Pad in Stevens Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and some areas were stabilized with rock. No erosion issues were observed. PCSM has not been addressed at the site.

Six wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. One production tank and six GPUs were also on site and on secondary containment. Stormwater in the containment and on the pad were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

The well pad has not been reduced in size and PCSM has not been addressed. The ESCGP expires on 2/9/2017. There are no active permits and site restoration os overdue. The Department recommen
